Shipping & Return Policy

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched.
  • Once an order is marked “Shipped” or “Dispatched”, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • After a successful cancellation, any payment made will be refunded as per Section 3 (Refunds) below.

2. Returns & Exchanges (After Delivery)

  • You have 10 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, seals, accessories, and packaging.
  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items, or damage during transit.
  • For exchanges, replacement depends on stock availability.
  • Exchange processing and delivery will be completed within 7–10 business days after we receive your returned product.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, etc.).
  • It may take 7–10 business days (subject to your bank) for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • For partial returns, refunds will be proportional to the returned items.

4. Return Shipping & Charges

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless:
    • The item is defective
    • Damage occurred during delivery
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service and keeping the proof of shipment.

5. Cancellation After Dispatch / Partial Delivery

  • If an order is partially delivered, you may cancel the remaining undelivered items before dispatch.
  • For items already delivered, please follow the returns process in Section 2.

6. Disqualified Returns

  • Returns will not be accepted if:
    • The item is missing original accessories, packaging, or tags
    • The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering
    • The return request is made after 10 days of delivery
  • In such cases, King Toyz reserves the right to reject the return and ship the item back to you.

7. Shipping Timeframe

  • Order Processing: Upto 48 hours
  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days for most locations across India
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on your pincode, courier service, or festive seasons.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

8. Policy Modifications & Discretion

  • King Toyz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this policy at any time without prior notice.
  • All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to final inspection and approval by King Toyz.

9. Parcel Opening Video Requirement

To ensure a fair and efficient resolution in the event of damaged or missing products received, customers are required to record a clear parcel opening video at the time of delivery.

  • The video must start before opening the package, showing the outer packaging and visible shipping label.
  • The unboxing process must be continuous without cuts or pauses.
  • The video must clearly show the product and any defect/missing parts if applicable.

Note: Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items will only be accepted with a valid parcel opening video.
